 while try going into the control panel and turning it off. Soon your Mac II will seem to slow down more than you ever remembered. 
The next test indicates the results of running MacSpeedo version 1.9.5 written by Ford Associates. MacSpeedo tests your Mac for performance and tells you what type of Mac you are running on. The first diagram shows MacSpeedo results without utilizing MacSprint:

This next diagram shows how MacSpeedo is affected with MacSprint II installed:

As you can see the MacSprint II install fools MacSpeedo into believing you are now working off a Mac IIx. That little upgrade is $1,500 from Apple Computer!
The next tests were performed with DayStars Accelerator Demo:
The Sieve of Eratosthenes was performed in 78.2 seconds with the Mac II and 59.6 seconds once the MacSprint card was installed. This is a 23.75% increase in speed.

This next test involved a color sort of many colors and the resulting speed it took for the Mac II with and without MacSprint II. This test resulted in a 21% speed increase:

The last test involves the use of Speedometer version 2.5 by Scott Berfield. The first picture shows the results on a my Mac II without the MacSprint Card:

As you can see Speedometer gives the MacSprint II Mac 
an 8.77 overall 
rating compared to
the 7.27 rating for 
the normal Mac II.
